24 Hour Emergency Callout
If you are locked out, have a key snapped in a lock, or are a victim of a burgulary, there is no call out charge. Where possible non destructive entry methods are used with charges only being applied to work undertaken. Subject to availablity, I aim to respond to all emergency calls within the hour upon order confirmation.
Supply & Fit of All Lock & Security Products
A fixed price quote is always agreed before commencement of any work. Should you need a replacement, an upgrade or supply from new, the products supplied will be matched to both your and your properties needs. Assessments are carried out free of charge, whether you need a simple door bolt or digital door lock. I aim to ensure that you get the best value for money possible.
Key Cutting
Key cutting is provided on-site for all customers purchasing standard lock products. An extensive arrange is stocked, including cabinet, mortice, household (Yale type), window locks & padlock keys.
Specials
Keyed alike (one key many locks), restricted and master key systems can be supplied. Made to measure security grill, bars and gates can be supplied and fitted. Please note the products listed on this website are not exhaustive, if you need advice or a quote on a particular product not listed, please do not hesitate to ask.
Payment
All charges are subject to VAT, no hidden charges are applied. Once a price has been agreed, that is what you will pay. A minimum of one hours labour is charged for all work undertaken, thereafter charges are applied half hourly. Payment upon completion is required, although invoice terms can be arranged subject to approval. The following payment methods are accepted: cash, cheque with a valid bank guarantee card, debit cards, visa and mastercards.
